Facetime application for video calls and messages from Apple. The app is designed specifically for iOS and Mac users. Immediately after the release of the application, there were a lot of rumors about Facetime for Android and many of fakes with a similar name on Google Play. 
At the moment, Facetime Android version will not be released. 
I offer a list of alternatives for Android users:

• Facebook Messenger;
• WhatsApp
• Google Duo
• Telegram
• Viber
• Skype.

Or, the easiest, but not the cheapest way out of the situation is to switch to Apple devices.
